Boxed Collectors Edition? Kickstarter?

Heres hoping they bring out a boxed Collectors Edition including:
- Artbook - Hardcover Artbook
- Cloth Map of World
- Full colour printed manual signed by DEV team with extensive list of Destiny Wheel accomplishments.
- Special Figurine
- Game on DVD
- Making of DOCO on Blu Ray with full Seasons 1 - 5 of the BBC show "Merlin".
- Special Acheivments/Title in-game.
This is in addition to the Founders Packs, and I hope they run a kickstarter (maybe with the CE as a pledge goal) as I would support this for sure!
PS - Does anyone know (from previous Alphas) if there are in fact "Achievments" in the game?
