I need a team-oriented MMO

Ever since the demise of City of Heroes, I have not been able to find a MMO that was as team-oriented as this was. You can search for online available players on the server and it listed all characters' info on a grid giving level, archetype, and what zone/city they were in, as well as a 50 character max about what they want to say on Team Finder. It wasn't like the instance finder on WoW or FFXIV or SWTOR where you enter an instance finder, get grouped with random people that fill a certain role, and get teleported to the instance; and then repeat that instance a million times over, and everything else was solo-ing.
Players were constantly posting in Global, Zone, or Alliance chats their lvl and AT to find a team. You don't find that in other MMOs. Herding baddies in missions with several other members was much more fun than soloing.
So can anyone recommend a GOOD MMO that is team oriented?

Sadly not even EverQuest is still team oriented. MMO's are not MMO's any more. The solo content locusts have quite literally over run the genre. You're best off just hanging up your hat bro, cus it ain't changing any time soon.
Or start playing DOTA 2 or something like that. Closest you're gonna get.
