I happen to know the development team for this little indie gem.

 

Not everyone's cup of tea, I'm sure, but an indie gem nevertheless, developed without crow-funding. 25% off on Steam at the moment...

    I could get into something like this, how does this work? Do you move with the rhythm? Love those old school classics with the epic soundtracks.

    I'm not the target audience since not fond of rhythm games. And also it's on steam.

    But it has a style, I must say :) looks cool. A bit like Patapon was on PSP (the only rhythm game I somewhat liked), only that was a side-scroller and this one has a top-down view. edit: bonus point for Necrodancer :)

    Personally the only modern MMORPG trend that annoys me is the idea that MMOs need to be designed in a way to attract people who don't actually like MMOs. Which to me makes about as much sense as someone trying to figure out a way to get vegetarians to eat at their steakhouse.
