Is there a full NON-streaming installer?

Trying to get a full install on this, but no matter what installer I find, I keep getting a 233 MB download.  Unless they did some absolute magic in file compression, I am of the opinion I still have the streaming version.  My computer can handle it, SoE.  I'd rather download on my own terms then wait ages every time I go into a zone for the first time.

    ...never mind.  I just had to go into the installer's "advanced tools". XD
