Thinking of resubbing- Questions

I feel like resubbing to ESO, but one of the main reasons I stopped playing was a lot of lag, server roll backs, and such mainly in Cyrodill. Does anyone know if the game's performance has improved?

I didn't really have any issues in pve- was mostly pretty smooth even on high/ultra, but the pvp got so annoying/frustrating with all the skill delay, weapon swap delay, lag etc.

I heard the grouping has also been improved, and some balance issues have been worked on. Are DKs and sorcerers still beastly? Have Templars got some better mana regen? Are NB's still pretty weak? Is everyone still playing in cloth with staff?

 

In short, what's it like now?
