Twice Hacked and ESO Cancelled

4 days ago I discovered my ancient LOL account got compromised is is banned till the 25h. Early this morning, after posting the last post, I tried to log into ESO and discovered that my account information was incorrect. I tried logging into the website and saw that my account was suspended. Then I received this confounding email message. (Sorry no pic but I copied and pasted.)
This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your subscription to The Elder Scrolls Online. You will no longer be charged for a subscription on a recurring basis, and your access to the game will expire at the end of your current subscription cycle.
We're sad to see you go now, but we'll be happy to welcome you back at any time! Whenever you're ready to come back, your characters will be waiting for you, just like you left them. You can return anytime by resubscribing on the Manage Subscription page on your Elder Scrolls Online account.

Just a couple of things. One, given the immediacy of my LOL compromise, I can only assume that this was done by a 'hacker'. Other than that, it may even be an Elder Scrolls Team Member responsible for such an attack. Very demeaning and just shows the state the online gaming community is in right now. I can only give condolences to those who have experienced this as this is the first time two of my accounts have been literally 'demolished.' Good luck guys! You're gonna need it.

Let's see if I got this straight... your LOL was hacked and then you checked ESO and that was hacked too... so your conclusion is that maybe someone who works @ Zenimax did it?

Why would an employee or team member want to drive players from the game? How does that benefit them in anyway?

This is perhaps the most ignorant statement ever forced upon the gamer community. I felt my brain liquefy as I read it. My shirt became soaked with what had been functioning grey matter just moments prior. I suddenly found myself unable to remember my name, where I was born, or even what occurred moments before wondering to this thread to find this nonsensical drivel wasting what could have been infinite wisdom to cure cancer, AIDS, world hunger, war, and famine in one fell swoop.
Alas, that wisdom may never grace the interwebs for the entire human race to find comfort, healing, peace, love and joy all wrapped in a pretty package that once opened will usher in a new age of utopia. No, instead of untold benefits to all of humanity we were left with the above statement. In reading it, we have all lost valuable IQ points that shall never be replaced.

Whatever reason it is, getting hacked sucks. Best check everything, change passwords, warn your credit card companies something is wrong, maybe get new credit card numbers, and a host of other things.
Once everything is cleared up to your satisfaction that you are safe, resub to LOL or ESO or whatever you choose.

you got hacked on two totaly different accounts in a few days, and you.... do what? blame others?
a few generel hints on security:
a) passwords like "god", "chaos666" or "1234567" are NOT save. change em. do some real PWs.
b) hacked on two accounts usualy means your system is compromised, check for loggers and other stuff (or it simply means you should not use the same mail and pw combi in every game)
c) no one but you is responsible for your accounts' security. you wanna blame anyone? you know where to start

Oh stop being such a ESO cheerleader, Scot. Since I couldn't even get AA to download without files being corrupted on two seperate computers, I gave up and decided instead to resub to ESO to see how the game is going these days. Since that time the Scots lost the chance at independence and my cat's pregnant. This is all so obviously part of the whole ESO world domination conspiracy.
Though I have to say that since it seems stam builds no longer suck, sad Scots and a fat cat just may be worth the cost.
Please, someone tell me that this is as bad as it can get in this place?

Change your password more often, and when you take a brake, make your password huge HGdfsdgdf3897875tnjgghHGhdds or something like that, something not even you would remember or type in again, or a keylogger could figure out is your password.
