Any of you guys ever had to use any of these options to get help? If so, tell your opinion about it.. was it good or bad? I'll leave mine..

true they might suck at support , but w8t till people will start complaining and quiting :P they will suck up like little babies, but thats besides the point lol i think you just got a crazy GM keep on mailing them and asking them nicely and sucking up to them, when they see that you are desparate and in need they should consider helping you :P tho the one that you got was proly the ars wipe of the company
