Well, I officially hate the crap out of Uplay now. Had this same problem over a year ago and I am absolutely disgusted to see it is still there. The program / website claims I don't know my password. I do, actually, but whatever so I tried to reset one. Clicked the email link and OOPS! Form has expired, fill out the data again. Right, whatever. Tried making a new account, but the website started whining saying I gotta fill out that form again too, so I tried making one with my facebook account. Account created! Okay, well since I just created it, and I again am 100% sure of my password, let's log in the program. Nope! I must be a complete idiot because I don't know my password.

Playing this game sounded like a good way to spend an afternoon, now I wouldn't touch it if they gave it to me for free. If I could tell Ubisoft (which I couldn't, tried to submit a ticket on support but the form was expired. Ha. Ha.) that I got a couple old brooms that I'd love to shove up their arses and break off the handles, I would. I haven't experienced something like this since Steam was new.

    Did you even confrim your email after creating an account?

    Yep, tried doing that when I made the 2nd, new account. "Form has expired, please input the data again" is all I get when I try to do anything.

    Uplay called my account guest-9zX0nWc0 despite me clearly picking Grayimpact as username.

    Funny thing is? They don't allow name changes.

     

    I'm now called guest-9zX0nWc0 in every Uplay game i play.. 

    Ridiculous.

    Tried Chrome and Internet explored. Also tried the same on a friend's laptop. The same thing, every time. :(
