Pvp questions

Thinking about giving this game a go, few questions for the vet's though:

1.  Are there clan wars, like L2 where a clan declares war on a clan and after a week or so the war ends and a winner is declared?

2.  Is the game saturated with bots, not bots that grind...I mean a program like ranger in l2 that totally dominates the game?

3.  Are there castle sieges, not the territory wars...don't like random zerg fights?

4.  How long does it take to get to max level?

I am actually downloading this game now because I am looking for something like L2.
