Been playing on and off all day... I suspect it's your setup.
They have a serious issue With the instance servers in Firefall at the moment.
They are crashing left and right continously, locking People out of the game and only way to get back in, is to go the forums and reply to the Tech support topic and upload a specific logfile, so they can manually reset Your character!
Complete joke! They should have immediately shut Down all instances until this is fixed! At least People can do other Things in meantime, instead of crashing in instances all the time and wait it out until a dev manually unlocks you again!
And that is only during US primetime that they do it, so if you are a European player like me, you out of Luck and have to wait till next day until you are reset again.
Terrible support! Terrible way of handling the game.
They really are not leaving a very good first impression on New players this way! /shrug
