SWTOR: Is the timing of content release too slow?

I have been seeing a lot of scuttlebutt lately about the speed of content release within the  SWTOR Community.  Is the pacing of content being released two slow? I don't just mean adding a new tier to existing fp's or operations or short tern events that are clearly a money grab that add little to the pve and pvp end game.

It is my understanding that actual content release is not the same as retooling an existing operation to a higher difficulty, So in the light of that particular assessment in regards to new warzones, new operations and new hard mode flashpoints for the crowd trying to access or get alts to end game is the timing too slow? Is a year too long to wait for a completely new operation, How long should PVP'ers have to wait to get fresh new WZ's. Tell me what you think, try to keep it constructive and lets see what the vocal part of the community really thinks.
