Unrightful banning! Wizard101 customer service problems!

Hi, im Adam Blood and I have been trying several months to get a complete answer to where as i was banned. i contacted support and all i got was a message that was basically copy and pasted and i was angered by that and i asked if i was talking to a computer. The responder said they are not a computer and will not answer any of my further questions. i gave up. Now i am trying again roughly 7 months later. I have sent several new complaints and no answer. The time i am set to be unbanned is august 20th 2023 which i feel is way too long for any reason of banning. Now i have spent money on this game and gladly will spend more as long as i get unbanned. the reason i think i was banned was for sharing information in which case i did not. The pure thought of thinking that your staff can choose to completely ignore someone just outrages me! Now i have spent several hours on this game and probably about $150 over the course of 3 or 4 years. Then out of the blue im banned. So you can either unban me or lose a loyal customer. If you need to know the account's user name just respond and let me know you are listening.

    I thought that game was canceled.

    I am thinking someone who would use "YourMom" in there username probably had a good reason from being band from a kid oriented MMO. Just sayin'.

    I used to moderate on a small private ragnarok online server and ignoring complaints was our weapon for those guys who had been put on the wall of shame (with plenty of proof shown to the public) who would still deny that they had done anything.

    While I do not know the specifics of your case, your issue is not uncommon.  KI has a heavy ban hand.  I know several people who received bans.  I know one person who had their ban reversed.  They told me they had an attorney draft a letter requesting specifics of the case.  KI responded by reversing the ban.  Keep in mind the above was told to me by someone I game with regularly but don't know personally. 

     

    I wish I had better information for you, but KI is really not a good customer service company.  The sheer number of complaints rivals any game I have ever seen.  What's interesting is how many people say the exact same things.  It seems they have scripted responses to cases and don't go beyond those scripts.

    I'm pretty sure that when a company bans your account for 10 years it's assumed they're not worried about losing you as a loyal customer.

    something that might help was i did have my account breached for a day a few years ago 2010 maybe? and had my character deleted and brought back again. I ended up calling kingsisle and i got my player back and my account was reset and free of the intruder. Now im banned for 9 years..

    it is still unfair to be banned for no reason and have them ignore you.

    i recently got a email finally one was that i could not be unbanned for any reason..so even if i was innocent...wow such great customer service..

    Your issue is with Kings Isle and there really isn't any reason to drag your issue with them here.  Locking this thread.
