So how is this mega server going to with world bosses. I remember always doing some world bosses and not being able to because I got stuck in overflow.

Considering that World bosses had simply but put on a "schedule" to be done in a train zerg each night at server reset. Who knows?
I remember when the game was new and Claw would spawn in FG. The announcements would go out in almost all Map chats throughout the server and people would flood in.
Then, they started limiting the chest drops to oncer per day per boss and added the schedule to the API. Now people would sit in wait for the spawn and if you didn't get into FGS an hour early, you got put in overflow. It was sad because it was being farmed by guesters so people in their home servers couldn't even do their own events.
Ultimately, The world bosses got put on a daily scheduled train. And because you can only get credit once a day, it was not uncommon to drop into the zone and see the world boss event going on and not a single person working it.
It was the same with the temples too.
So again, to answer your question, I don't know what will happen, but I hope it will improve how it is now.

the bosses are on a longer rotation schedule (ie. Teqatl or the karka queen appear only 3 times a day). though their times are adjusted giving guild/groups the possibility to take on all of them.
there are as many instances of the encounter as necessary to put all players in (as its 1 megaserver even if you join at uncommon times on your home server you should find a full event as there will be people from other timezones). you will be mainly put in the instance where your guildies, group members and people from your home server are.

I was worried about this as well as I figured the useful http://us.gw2stuff.com/ would become useless.
Now that I know that the servers will have synchronized spawn times, I'm starting to get more confident that this was one of Anet's better ideas.
