Let me apologize for a wall of text first, ony phone. Seems like every time I post on this site about EULA's and american law, my posts just kinda 'poof'. I'll check later on and they have disappeared. Not angry or anything, mostly curious. As a former property lawyer who still keeps up in this area, I'd like to think I bring mostly salient points in without throwing hate at anyone. Never had a ban or warning for it either. So if anyone knows if/why this happens id love a response, thanks.
