So i have to actually buy another 30days before redeem my game code?

Seriously? let me know if i am wrong, but almost all (dunno if actually all of them) of my friends actuially got charged after they  have input their billing information to redeem the code. and i cant redeem the code because there were not enough money in my account to pay the 30day sub so they refused my card . WTF?
