i dont wat happen but i cant see the weapon/items pic and all the bar as shown below..

And can i know how to become a vendor and sell things??

For the graphics problem try going into options, or re-install the game... for the vendor just press enter then type /merchant then press enter again or go into commands/trade then double click on merchant i think... good luck
