Hey i was wondering if anyone could offer help.
Over the weekend i tried a sorc/bow build and had alot of fun. Using the bow with Daedric Summoning gave me a pet providing that old hunter/ranger feeling from other games and as well as having multiple forms of cc i could also knock out great aoe with the bow and Dark Magic.
But im not sure about the builds viability at max level as im not good pre planning and seeing the synergies before hand. Although i enjoyed playing it the last thing i want is to have to reroll or change my main weapon at max level.
So do you guys think a Sorc/Bow build would be effective at max?

Sorcbow is probably one of the cheesiest builds available, up there with cheesegodmode Standard DKs.
You can and will perma-cc something/one and effectively make melee unable to ever reach you. If you are fighting ranged opponents you also have access to Venom Arrow and Draining Shot to shut down any attempts at casting long abilities. Your homing normal attack and the poison will kill your opponent with a Snipe to top it off.
You don't even need the pet unless you go for the +% damage reduction for having the skill equipped. The pet itself is entirely useless.
The only melee that can probably kill you is a Nightblade out of stealth with a high crit proc that will pretty much just kill you in one or two shots under hard CC. But they can pretty much kill anyone in this way.
Bow is effective for any class, but particularly useful for Sorcerer and Nightblade. As you can have two weapons, it is worth considering how you want to compliment it, if Bow is your primary choice.
Try the Sorc theory crafting forums at http://tamrielfoundry.com/forum/classes/sorcerer-class/ They might have some good feedback for you, or already have the build you're looking for.
