Everyone has the right to post their opinion just like you are doing right now. If nobody debated anything, the world would be filled with way more crap than it already is and we definitely wouldn't have come as far as we are now in anything. Not saying something has flaws is intentionally leading it on (we all know how it feels when a person does this to us romantically right?), developers would keep making the same crap over and over again even if it's clearly not working then become puzzled when the game gets shutdown or they lose their jobs because nobody is buying or playing it, but when they look on the forums nobody has complained that much...
Major games have fallen because of the crap you're spewing. Sometimes even with huge complaints developers chose to side with "positive" players like yourself and lost not only their jobs, but destroyed game that a lot of players truly loved (see: Zipper Interactive and the SOCOM: U.S. Navy Seals Series).
Complaining just to complain is one thing, but constructive criticism is a whole other beast that should be wholeheartedly welcomed by ANYBODY. The people who ignore the flaws just because 60-80% of the game is "ok" with them are actually hurting the game, not helping it.

Latronus its not a lie. I am telling you i entred the first zone after the tutorial pulled 2 mobs i sat thier for maybe longer then 3min and my life would go to a sliver of red then go up then down then up. And yes when i pulled the 3rd mob to hit on me maybe it was only 2min but still same thing. Life went to sliver of red then up and then eventually zero life. But did take a long time.

There are numerous glitches and bugs in the game, one of them being an invincibility glitch that I ran into awhile ago where when I created my character I was invincible for at least 3 hours before I got knocked off the server and had to reconnect. Once I got back on my health was actually going down, before it stayed entirely full no matter how many times I got hit. It took me like 20 minutes to notice at first. So, he may in-fact not be lying.

well its not bad as a game, its just not worthy a subscription cause its not anything super or a sandbox where it would have to support a changing landscape by players or any dynamic weather or any cycle of day and night (although i think there is right ? )
anyway i agree many people get hyped too much by this game without any obvious reason, i expected more from their pvp but it was also a mimic of GW2 even their servers, there is not any megaserver just small campaigns like the worlds in GW2 and the fights are almost even worst, there is just a big map this .

A lot of the people who like the game here don't seem to value opposing opinions, simply stating "if you don't like it, don't talk about it." Which is hypocritical and wrong on so many levels as I posted before as that way of thinking stops the world from advancing and leads to people losing their jobs.

Bugs in a beta is one thing, certain bugs, especially game breaking ones right before launch is a RED FLAG and indication on how development is going. I point you towards Batman: Arkham Origins and Battlefield 4, the latter of which resulted in a class action lawsuit against EA.

I have had 3 warnings 1 yeah i was a bit harsh my bad,but the other 2 no way I was giving away a key for a game,next one I was helping a person to actually play the game,none so far this year all good but I do find the forums harder to digest lately social media seems to be a boon in some way and a bane in another bring back IRC now that was well moderated.
Oh and back to ESO not going to ninja the thread,I'm noticeing the combat is way beefier seems collision detection is working as intended not to keen on how you start of Isle,seems a bit skeewif how you go back to the isle but hey that's what the masses wanted so there you go some negativity to even the balance.

I had hopes for the crafting system...till they started nerfing the traits a crafter could use making weapons from crafters less desirable.
