Looking for MMORPG ...

Hi there, as title says I'm looking for a MMORPG . I found a few around but I can't play them.

My main problem is my hardware .

It's my 3th day of searching, downloaded over 150 GB of content and watched mmorpg about 6 hours a day to see what games are being played. But only ESO cames up , started hating this game xD.

Has a building feature ( Kind of house buiding )

Has dungeons and raids

Not browser based

MU Online

Lineage 2

Tera

Rift ( Playable )

Aion

World Of Warcraft - The only game from list that runs good on my PC but I can't afford it atm.

Maybe Dungeons & Dragons Online...but no house building. That's not really a common feature in MMOs heh.
