Haven't played in a few years. Every time I try to go back, my account has been invariably hacked (last time I found someone had leveled my shammy up 40 levels and filled his bags and bank slots with a small fortune in ores, thank you mr chinese farmer!).

So, I thought I might give it a bash again due to general seething boredom and disppointment with pretty much anything released in the last 5 years+. And....I can't log in....again..nor is my email working any longer. So it is very likely it's hacked again. I also can't log into battlenet and I can't for the life of me find a number to call them (have the box codes to prove ownership etc.). Why do they make it so difficult I wonder?

So cutting to the chase, does anyone know the location of a European support number I can call to talk to one of their support staff-in-hiding?

Yep I have been trying that all day and after selecting that my email has been changed it leads me to a page saying 'An error has occurred'. About 50 times.

I met a bloke a while back (who I now have no contact with) who said he called them...gave his box and expansion serial numbers and they sorted it out for him...problem is I cannot for the life of me find any phone support numbers at all.

The announcement I didn't even realized happened -- that's what happens when Blizzard bans players from the forums, they don't read them -- until my sis was flagged as a botter for being overzealous collecting Titanium powders and had to dig for *a* call number to reopen her account (be warned, online forms don't cover account issues like that). -_-

 

WoW's become more of a prison now. Ban here, ban there, but the common trash always remain. But hey, Blizzard trolls forums and Facebook so what's new?
