lf a good FC to join

hey I am a lvl 18 gladiator tank learning my way around FFXIV. I just started maybe 5 days ago. I am looking for an established active freecompany to join for socialization, raiding/dungeons and just learning the ropes of this game. I am 37 so I am a mature minded individual (at least I like to think :P) either way, I hope there are some fun FC"s to join on behemoth server. my name there is teron greyhawke.  So far I am liking this game, but feel confused at times as where to go and what to do, to optimize my leveling. talk to you soon.
