Need help can,t play

Well ok u see i finished my minimuize download in the star war old republic luncher now i am at the finishing download which was at 21.51

so  the play  button became gold  then i clicked the play button on the luncher and the game luncher dissappered

and i waited 15 mins but the game didn,t pop up can someone tell me how to fix this
