[H] STEADFAST Recruitment (Raiding, PvP, RP), Steamwheedle Cartel
When you join STEADFAST, you’re joining a guild that is established and experienced.
Steadfast is a Level 25 Horde Guild on Steamwheedle Cartel, founded in early 2008. From over 5 years of experience, Steadfast is well-established and runs quite smoothly, emphasizing a mature and casual environment. It provides a great benefit to new members to be able to join a guild that has their act together and has some history and experience dealing with the inevitable issues that arise from time to time.
STEADFAST is ‘mature’ in that it is civil, efficient, organized, and good-natured.
First and foremost, Steadfast is a family. We watch out for each other and we help each other. On top of this, we welcome members' significant others and children who meet the 18+ requirements to maintain a mature atmosphere. We also understand that there are times when other obligations come first, be it family, work, or the other real-life hiccups that invariably arise. We go to great lengths to create a stress-free, drama-free environment through our officers' proactive drama mitigation. Steadfast offers a democratic system, with all of our officers elected by a majority vote. Our officers are all very approachable and if any issues arise in the guild, they work hard to make sure the issue is resolved as quickly, and fairly, as possible.
STEADFAST is casual, but not careless.
We are also casual in not requiring a certain level of participation or attendance in order to partake in our scheduled events. Missing one weekend because you’d rather go out with your friends, or are gone for two weeks on vacation, will not hinder your ability to participate in guild activities once you return. However, ‘casual’ does not mean ‘not-focused.’ We expect guild members to know their classes and specializations, be it through their own research or mentoring within the guild. Everyone in Steadfast is happy to assist and do our best to advise and mentor fellow members who seek it. If we're not sure of the answer ourselves we'll direct you to a resource that can tell you.
STEADFAST covers all the bases.
Our raiders progress into the most challenging of content. Even with a rotating roster due to people enjoying real life and a primary focus on having fun while raiding, we make it through all end-game content. We are also very active in the role-play arena as well, enjoying RP in all its forms: from RP on our guild forums, to chat-based in our guild RP channel, and weekly in-game events which have included RP’ers from other guilds and factions. But maybe PvP is more your style; well Steadfast offers that as well. From World, to BG’s, to Rated BG’s to Arena; if ‘pwning’ the Alliance gets your blood pumping then Steadfast PvP will satisfy your craving. With all of these activities, we foster a positive environment that welcomes those experienced and those still learning, with no toleration for 'trash talk.'
In closing, Steadfast recruiting is open to all levels, classes, and races. Whether you are logging in for the first time, or are a seasoned veteran, Steadfast can, and will, contribute to your positive enjoyment and growth while you make your mark on the lands of Azeroth and beyond.
