Vendetta Online is a very solid game available to play on tablet. It's not free, but it's only $1 per month, so... pretty close. There is no cash shop. The game is also available to play cross-platform, device-agnostic (i.e. you can pick up right where you left off switching between tablet, pc, and phone, interacting with everyone else playing the game).
