You can now pledge to a CoH successor here.

Personally I trust Heroes and Villains more, because it's been up for longer and has regular updates. I'd probably pledge more to that if it ever went to Kickstarter.

    No big plan on how to build the server side.

     

    Some modelers and level-designers do not a MMO make.
