Why people tend to call The Division and Destiny MMOs?

Hi guys I haven't played a lot of mmos but I do read about them. I noticed people (and some media) would like to put games like Destiny and Division to the mmo category. So do you think these two games will be what future mmos look like? What about Capcom's deep down, do you think it's an mmo?
