Revealed info about the next content update for October 1st is already leaking...but the sources are Arena.Net. How? First up is the two images they released on their website, but quickly removed the linked thumbnails.
Secondly, in the small icon of their most recently added concept art for the "next big content update", they added a small link to a 43 second video. The video includes name, date, and details of all the content contained within (attached here: http://youtu.be/zqe7r5MQdiI, video embed is disabled for it).
The only question that comes to mind is whether Scarlett is revamping Twilight Arbor for her own new fortress, or if she's established a different location within the Caledon forest? I'm hoping the latter instead of the former, as it would add an additional dungeon to the existing portfolio of dungeons.

This is not a game.
The video itself says it's Twilight Arbor.
I recognize some of the locations. At the end, that's the big tree you always fight at the end of Twilight Arbor.
It's either part of an overall revamp, or it's an additional path... or both.
Even the patch before that with Scarlet, though the dungeon was temporary, the invasion was permanent.
So hopefully they keep up with adding permanent content and the world will start to evolve at this rate.
If they are revamping TA dungeon, and aparently they are doing it, the revamp will be permanent.
Everyone said that want more permanent content coming from living story. Take care with you want, you can get it...
How many servers killed Tequila?
I don't know about numbers, but on Jade Quarry Tequatl goes down more often than not now. Once you get people to listen it's quite doable.
Oderint, dum metuant.
I'm gonna try guesting there. Players on Borlis Pass don't seem to try anymore. Same goes for the Scarlet invasion.
They are going to do both, reworking old and adding new, according to their blog post outlining their plans for the second half of 2012.
