cant register!

I want to try this game but i can't register.It always says "our submission contained an error. Please try again. Code: #FTx4LPZQ8D3"

Tried many usernames,emails and passwords but it won't work.

Go to the "account" section- help,  and find the phone number and give em a call. I had a prob this week and they took care of it within 10 minutes via phone.
