I loved the game at the start and but the loot system was broken for rvr gear? How is the game now anyone playing?

Wrath of heroes was shut down 6 months or so ago.
You're probably thinking of Age of reckoning.
That's still limping alone with it's 2 servers.
Both are decently populated still.
