Haha I loled! Its true though, I'm 36 now and I remember when I was between ages 10-20 i couldn't get enough of gore and violence in games, TV and movies. It didn't matter if the game sucked so long as it had those lovely red pixels flying everywhere. I have a kid now and I spend 90% of my TV time watching cartoons.

Teens are very sensitive to the opinions of others and don't have the meta self awareness of the cultural influences on their thinking. Our culture has equated cartoons with little children but that is a cultural construct which is entirely arbitrary. Besides teens are always trying to prove they are adults so as a result immediately reject anything that might be associated with childhood.

    I'm 44 and I still love cartoons...

Looney Toons, Disney, Pixar, ASO. It doesn't matter. I love a good cartoon.

I like the graphics just fine, but that's me.

I DO discriminate against a game based on graphics, just not this one.

Why is it that people who are unhappy with the EQ Next's concepts(it's not a game atm) are called TROLLS

and people who write endless threads praising this game and calling people who have voiced dissatisfaction with EQ Next concepts  are not ?

Dont worry it is in human nature, when others do not agreed and do not shared the same opinions on your beloved games, they automaticly attacking, defending their points of view. It's the same for everything else, politic, religion ect..

It's like me, I love Tera Rising and most of you dont, Beh!

What a total horse shit thought.   You SERIOUSLY believe that?

I do, not saying that all who dislike Cartoony graphics are childish, but it is human nature for those who hit certain milestones in aging to think they cannot like something they did when they were younger, happens between the ages of 10-12, again from 17-18, and again at around 21.

My question to anyone who didn't like the characters looks....Do you really think that is the only look you can have? Do you expect there to be no character creation and customisation? Different hair, eyes, mouth, colourings, head shape, body shape, complexion.....you know, the thing you have seen at the start of every character driven game for as long as I can remember.

Did all these people have some massive communal head fart?
