Promised internet speeds and actual speeds.

So I recently upgraded my internet, here is the test results: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/2864526900

 

As you can see, pretty awesome upload speeds compared to what I had before, however, the download speed has barely changed. Now here is the package I pay for, and the speeds that I'm supposed to get. Download 150Mbps, Upload 10Mbps.

 

You can tell, the upload is fine, but the download is really low from where it should be. I am wireless, but I've been wireless for a long time, there is hardly any difference. So far, I'm not too pleased with the speeds honestly. Is download speed just not as important as upload? Or what?

Just to add to that, that's the fastest internet package Rogers delivers to my area. I'm baffled on why the download speeds are so slow.
