Tokyo attire?

I remember hearing something about this happening that they were trying to get to the point Tokyo would be available to explore (guessing a city like New York and London is)
My major question is what kind of attire will be avail to purchase, lately i've grown to liking having my characters dress in kimonos and I have a character that would be perfect so i'm really hoping that is one of the types of clothing.
If there is any info on this and you guys could point me to the source that would be great.
For those who don't know a kimono is clothing used in Japanese culture of which Tokyo is located in Japan.
