OK, I'm beginning to think that Shadowbane has the worst support (maybe no support?) of any game I've every played.
I attempted to use the UbiSoft FAQ to find help for my problem...no luck. It suggested that I use the 'Ask a question'. I submitted a problem report, but was told: sorry, you must direct your problem to Shadowbane support. I was told to view the Shadowbane FAQ (already did that before trying to 'Ask a question') or ...this is great... use 'Ask a question'. Which is the very thing that was telling me to direct probelm to Shadowbane support!!! (Also, don't get me started on the problems I had setting up an UbiSoft account...such as entering the required country field, but drop down list of countries was empty!!!).
I also sent an email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. I was just guessing on the email addresses since the site didn't list any as far as I could see. In any case, two were undeliverable. I did get a response from [email protected] which said basically, sorry you must use the online Shadowbane FAQ or 'Ask a question'!!!!
So anyone had similar problems with support for Shadowbane?? Is this Shadowbane specific or is it UbiSoft that is the in general. I can understand trying to direct support to the online avenues, but email support should always be available as a fallback.
