AH taken down suddenly for unannounced maintenance...

Did we narrowly miss another Catursday ?

I was hoping for a hat to go with that cloak....

The upside is that Cryptic seem to be a bit more on the ball this time around.

Of course a lot of people are going to cleaned-out on expiring auctions with only one minimum bid.

I believe it has to do with chest farming sales.

Or because they know full well they didn't get all of the currency or items from the exploit. It was obvious once you logged in from the roll back. They knew it. There were many customer service tickets both in game and from their website turned in to them telling them so that went unanswered.  Even emails. That were basically unanswered as well.  Many did charge backs to credit cards that purchased Hero of The North or Guardian Packs or combinations of them. Or opened disputes on charges to reverse them through PayPal.  Funny thing, you could never get a reply from them on customer service requests. But reverse a charge, you'll get immediately banned from their f2p game. And up to 60 emails telling you so (same message over and over). Spam anyone? From looking at their forums this is not unique. It's apparently policy. They've done it to many.  So taking down the AH suddenly and unannounced may happen many times. Since all these things are still floating around in game.
