Just curious, the latest Nvidia beta driver causes ... maybe causes issues, could also be some hardware on the brink here but its not too old so ... doubt that.
I have an ATI card right now, so I can't help you with your issue. The forums at Guru3d.com have always been my preference for finding information about video drivers.
why not just roll back to previous driver and see if that was your issue?
I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. She asked me what size I was and I said actual, because I am not to scale. I like vending machines 'cause snacks are better when they fall. Beta drivers are beta for a reason. I agree with either the rollback, or drop down to the latest WHQL driver. Then see if you still have the same issues.
