CO Internet Disconnect Woes...

I really don't know why I even bothered to give this another go this afternoon but I did.  I bought CO as a founders package when it first came out and I had no issues playing the game.  Something happened a year or so ago I think and after that each time I log in my internet connection drops.  This is the only game that causes this to happen.   Anyway... after finally downloading everything again and getting a huge patch I managed to see my characters that I have not seen in quite some time... I log in into the game and BAM... my internet connection dies again.  I close out the game and wait a few minutes and my connection reestablishes itself and I'm back on the net.

 

I'll start looking to see if anyone else has problems like this and see if there are any solutions out there that I can try to fix this issue but if anyone here has any suggestions please let me know.
