A MMORPG to play with friends

After a discussion at lunch, my friends and I decided to pick up a mmorpg and play together, but amongst this huge market, we're not sure which one to play, so I was hoping you guys can help us out.  

The requirements are as follows:

• Free to play (But no P2W)
• Under 10 gigs
• Both PvE and PvP are available
• Group activity of some sort (Instance/Dungeon/Group PvP)
• Good character custormization
• Crafting available
• Can be instance/lobby based or open world

We're currently looking at choosing from Path of Exile or Dragon Nest, but more suggestions from you guys are always welcome.

Thanks for the suggestion, but we're not really looking for browser based/app based games.
