Active Open World PvP Server(s)

I'm still enjoying my time in WoW but do miss the spontaneity of open world PvP.   I've been doing some research and have found a few WoW servers that supposedly still have active world PvP.

That being said, can anyone confirm that these servers are in fact still active in terms of world PvP, and if so are there any PvP focused guilds on these servers that you'd recommend checking out.

I came back to the game just for this reason, and I'm on Emerald Dream. Just about every guild recruiting has "WPVP" as one of its activities, and I see people doing it non stop.
