Anyone tried getting a refund through DLGamer?

Maybe this isn't the proper forum but I just bought Guild Wars 2 through the DLGamer site and apparently the account is still verifying something forty-five minutes later, and I have no key to show for it. So I've put in a request email to get refunded and am getting it through the Guild Wars 2 website instead. Does DLGamer give refunds? The FAQ doesn't reference it.
