Would it be possible to play PSO2 on the pc on the vita and on the ps3 with one account?

From research on this game, it will allow for one account to be compatible with all platforms, but understandably some elements will be PC only, as the Vita cant do everything a PC can.
So in short, yes one account for all platforms.
