No customer service for Wizard101

I recently encountered a technical issue where I completed the crafting quest to get the Transcendant Badge, when I turned the quest in I did not get the badge although it said I was a Transcenant Crafter.  I tried talking again the the person I am suppose to turn quest into but all is blank.

Therefore it does not recognize me as I did the quest therefore not allowing me to craft anything. The Eagle War Shield is in my inventory but no badge appears.

I contacted KingsIsle's customer service various times regarding this technical problem and no one has bothered to read any of my emails nor get back to me to fix this problem.

As a paying customer I am very upset that KingsIsle loves to have customers and take there money yet when they need a problem resolved no one is there to listen to you.

I would love to have this matter taken care of....
