FFXIV: ARR

Is this relaunch going to include any new classes/jobs? Or what is the purpose of this relaunch? I tried this game for a few minutes at my friends house and it was honestly horrible from what I saw (Mainly cause none of the agility classes stood out, there was no real assassin/ninja class, unless you count pugilist which is hideous imo.)

Also I'm looking for a new MMORPG to play, would anyone happen to know of a game with a fun cloak and dagger class? (I know this should be asked in LFG, but no one responded to my thread there)
