So never playing Darkfall i'm a bit confused about this new Unholy Wars game. Is this a new game entirely, or an expansion? If it's a new game, will there be multiple subscriptions? I'm so confused after watching that video, yet I am intruiged. Any info would be helpful.

    It is infact a new game. As for what will happen to DF1.0 there has been no offical answer as of yet.

    My guess is that they will be shut down over time.
