I've played wow since vanilla and quit a few months ago. My happiest memories in wow were random PvP encounters in the open world. Now I know this has died down significantly and its so disappointing. As of the last time I played I remember the world seeming almost empty and the random encounter of a player from the opposite faction was rare.
I'd love to come back even as a casual player.
So my question is has this changed at all?

I love open world PVP and MoP promisis to bring back Open world pvp. A suggestion would to play on a pvp server to satify your pvp needs.
