So, i just bought the digital version of guildwars 2.

Got my serial key and signed up for a account. error, serial key already used on a different account.

And yes i have. but most likely by the time they will get to my message the 3 days will most likely have ended.

I don't remember the purchasing process well, but I think when you bought the serial from guildwars2.com it linked it to your email address.  Try logging in under the email address you used to purchase your key.  Try account recovery on that email.
