    Nope.  Not a serious enough bump between a Core i5 3570k and Core i5 2500k.  I doubt you will be able to trade for anything less then $80 since theirs is newer.  Both setups will perform roughly the same with the 3570K performing about 67% better in CPU bound tasks.  However, the tasks that require it are few and far between.

    but idk lol his loading times for everything and performance wise are better then mine and he doesnt even have a video card and i have a 550 ti lol

    Loading times has very little to do with the processor and more to do with the HDD transfer speed.  Also if he plays a game it will be worse then if you played a game.
