LOL. It wont. But it does look pretty good. In my experience there's something about Asian MMOs...Korean specifically that don't appeal to a mass of Western Players. GW1 is probably the biggest example. Lets not forget FFXI which was fairly successful to westerners and FFXIV which was a disaster everywhere.
I dont believe any game will compare to WoW in terms of subscribers for many years yet. WoW does and continues to out perform the features of any existing or new MMO on the horrizon.
That being said, I think ArcheAge looks like it could be a great Sandbox game if it ever releases in the West, I'll definitely try it out.

I suspect the bulk of WoW players are just that: WoW players. I doubt this game is going to have mass appeal.
I realize that it's probably difficult to admit that one's tastes might be very niche but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
It might also be of note to mention that eventually WoW will diminish just like EQ diminished. It's not a very big accomplishment to eventulaly win when all the while the competition was eventually going to become marginalized.

and for the OP, WoW will die when it closes its doors. A game that has existed this long has too many ties into its players. You will find alot of people dont want to part with their 7 lvl 80 characters.
