no disk in drive error????

well for the last 4 weeks i can not play this game.

when i click on the game exe to start i get error no disk in drive ??? never had this before with a mmo .

and i have no disk for this game has i downloaded it from there site how  mad is that. i have a sub running till november but can not play the game.
