XLgames recently released new video, showing 5 new locations, which will be added in CBT5. looks beatiful. Enjoy.

    I like the look of the new zones, and she said something about a new "smurf like race". Also talked about new Beach housing!

    Build your house on a beach and go swimming !...lol

    Ah man this game looks beutiful. I can only imagine what the min specs are going to be. Have to upgrade my rig soon. lol....

    Oh my god, the world looks MASSIVE, truly MASSIVE, and not a single loading screen.

    The graphics are amazing.

    Open spaces!!, looks like in this game you will be able to take more than 2 steps without aggroing mobs. Plenty of space for houses :)

     

    Is that dungeon at the end non-instanced?

    It´s an instanced one.

    At 05:03 you can see the portal at the upper left!

    Those are the new regions for level 35+, 40+ and 45+ and they are sooo beatiful :)

    Which virtual diety do I have to sacrifice rubber chickens to, and how many, to get this on my PC today?!? :)

    So want a game that is worthy of playing and nothing lately imo has been.

    The whole video is awesome.  The beach scene? oh yeah PRICELESS!

     

    It's funny how publishers pick up yesterdays games (it's why they do lousy returns).

    Watched some more vid's and seen they have gliders as well, will be keeping an eye out for this one...

    There was 2 lower lvl instance dungeons, one on each continent in earlier CB tests. It was taken out for CB4 but it looks like they will be put back in for CB5. We will just have to wait and see.


    Don't forget ArcheAge is not a full Sandbox, it has lots of Themepark elements in the game. It's a Sandpark !


    As for the size of the world, here is an example of a player going from the Elf starter area to the capital city and beyond!

    Thanks for the link.  The trees in this cb5 video caught my attention in a bad way.  World looks beautiful, but not very alive.  That bobblehead girl in the (car?) and boat made me feel very...western.

    That is an old video from CB4, still using Cry Engine 2. CB5 doesn't start till Aug.16th.

    Umm what car? or what boat ?...lol

    My response was to the OP, the thread is about CB5.  Even though the text in video is Korean, it plainly says CBT 5 in the intro. I was referring to the little animation that travels between map locations in the video.

    (oh, I see you had a link above my post- I hadn't watch your's yet, sorry for the confusion)

    Ahh no problem, I was confused as well.
