I'm surprised no one is worried about free form targetting! Is the ping in the US less than 100ms? Ping over here in Australia easily goes over 200ms and can reach 500-800ms on a bad day. Which means, if I target an area for healing, the person easily could have moved away from it by the time it activates, unless it's an area heal over time kind of effect.
